Most sections within the N-PEARS annual report are available for both State agencies and implementing agencies. A few data entry and review sections related to reporting across the State as a whole are available for only State agencies.

The report setup section supports States that have different implementing agencies, State goals, or SMART objectives for FY23 vs. FY24.
State agencies must set up the annual report in N-PEARS before implementing agencies can view or edit report modules.
