The following list outlines the order in which each piece of the Annual Plan will be completed. The system includes validation to ensure each piece is completed in this order. This list is provided for your reference, to help guide your submission process and timeline. See below for visuals representing this process.
SNAP-Ed State Plan Process Outline
State Agency (SA) sets up Implementing Agency (IA) users in the system
SA completes modules 1-2
Module 1: Target Audience and Needs Assessment
Module 2: SNAP-Ed Action PlanĀ
SA and IAs complete modules 3-6:
Modules may be started in any order.Module 3: Planned Projects and Activities
Module 4: Planned Evaluations
Module 5: Coordination and Collaboration
Module 6: Planned Staffing and Budget
Each IA reviews their plan and submits to SA
SA reviews and approves IA plans
For each IA plan, SA requests modifications or approves the plan.SA completes Final Review and submits plan
The final plan includes the SA and IA plans for Regional Office review.Regional Office reviews plan
For each State’s plan, Regional Coordinator requests changes or approves the plan.
