This article describes the types of data entry fields included in the National PEARS system.
Some fields only appear if certain responses are selected in previous fields.
Example: The textbox to describe adaptations only appears if the intervention will be adapted.
Dates may be selected from the calendar provided.
May be single select, or multiple select.
- Accepted file types include: .doc, .docx, .key, .odb, .odg, .odp, .ods, .odt, .pdf, .ppt, .pptx, .psd, .wpd, .xls, .xlsx, .zip, .gz, .aac, .aif, .mp3, .ogg, .wav, .gif, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .tif, .tiff, .csv, .rtf, .txt, .xml, .avi, .mov, .mp4, .wmv
- File upload limit: 10 MB per file
