The Executive Summary Module provides a high-level overview of the impact of programming on target objectives. This module should be completed last in the Annual Report.
The Key Successes section shows major ways thatall of the projects and non-project activities linked to a SMART objective have contributed to achieving that goal. This is listed for the SMART objectives in this fiscal year. All agencies should describe key successes from their own projects and non-project activities and should include successes from work done by subcontractors.
Other achievements not linked to Priority Goals can also be listed in this section.
On the SNAP-Ed Projects and Activities page, key successes for implementing agencies in the State are listed. These successes are tied to Smart Objectives.
In the Reaching the Target Audience section, a map is displayed showing project data from agencies within your state. This provides a geographical overview with demographic data shown below. And, this section is useful for visualizing reach of programs. Two text boxes allow you to describe the program’s geographic breadth and the ways that the program has addressed gaps in program reach, access, and appropriateness.
