Who you contact depends on the type of question you have.

How can I get an account?
Both National Office and Regional Office accounts must be created by Canopy Client Success.
Regional Coordinators have the ability to create State agency user accounts and State agency users can create implementing agency user accounts through the Manage Agencies and Users menu. A walkthrough of this process can be found in the Account Setup and Login article.
I need to make changes to my plan/report. How do I do that?
Once completed, plans and reports move through an approval process. Implementing agency documents are added to the state plans which are then passed onto regional coordinators for approval. If you need to make changes, your reviewer will need to request changes in the system following instructions here: Review State Plans and Request Changes.
Do I have to use PEARS to use N-PEARS?
PEARS is not required to use National PEARS. For more information see What is the difference between PEARS and N-PEARS?
How do I request a new feature?
Please reach out to your Regional Coordinator for feature requests.
