State agencies can edit SMART goals and objectives at any time in the plan submission process. The following instructions detail how to modify goals and objectives as necessary.
How to Update SMART Goals
- Enter the Target Audience and Needs Assessment Module
- Mark as Incomplete
- Navigate to State Priority Goals using the menu in the left sidebar.
- Make any necessary adjustments and click Save & Continue to save your work.
How to Update SMART Objectves
- Click edit on the SNAP-Ed Action Plan module
- Mark as incomplete
- Navigate to Objectives & Indicators using the menu in the left sidebar.
- Make any necessary adjustments and click Save & Continue to save your work.
! CAUTION:
Once a goal or objective is tied to a project by either a State or implementing agency, it cannot be deleted until that link is removed.
