The FY 2024 Report modules will open in N-PEARS for all agencies on October 28, 2024. State agencies must submit Reports through N-PEARS to their Regional Coordinator(s) by January 31, 2025.
There will be several differences from the FY 2023 Report. Applicable information from the Planned Projects and Activities, Planned Evaluations, and Coordination and Collaboration modules from an agency’s FY 2024 plan will copy into their FY 2024 report. Agencies can edit the details copied from the plan as they complete the corresponding modules in the Report. State agencies do not need to complete setup pages as they did for the FY 2023 Reports.
Agencies will report policy, systems, and environmental (PSE) changes adopted and PSE changes maintained separately. The system will copy the PSE changes reported in FY 2023 to the maintained page; agencies can remove those that no longer receive maintenance support from SNAP-Ed. Agencies enter changes adopted during FY 2024 on the PSE adopted page.
For more information about the FY 2024 Reports, including changes from FY 2023 Reporting, please visit the support article Differences Between FY23 and FY24 Reports. Several resources are available to agencies as they prepare to complete the FY 2024 Reports. FNS recently released a Report Form so agencies can collect and organize reporting information prior to the modules opening on October 28. The optional data import template is updated for FY24 and can be downloaded here from the N-PEARS system. In addition, the N-PEARS support page features articles and recorded trainings to assist users. States may request TA sessions with the FNS National Office by contacting their Regional Coordinator.
