The Coordination and Collaboration module allows you to copy Minority Serving Institutions, Multisector Partnerships/Coalitions, and Tribal Organizations from prior Plan years:
Projects can be copied over from a prior year’s plan, as well as any Partnership/Coalitions, Tribes and Tribal Organizations, or Minority-Serving Institutions.
Multisector Partnerships/Coalitions
- To copy data, there will be a dropdown arrow next to the button that is normally used to add Partnership/Coalitions involved in coordination/collaboration. Select the dropdown arrow and a new option will appear to copy over the relevant data from the prior year’s Plan.
A modal will open to select the record to copy. When you have selected your record, click Copy Partnership/Coalition to add the organization.
Tribes and Tribal Organizations
- To copy data, there will be a dropdown arrow next to the button that is normally used to add Tribes and Tribal Organizations involved in coordination/collaboration. Select the dropdown arrow and a new option will appear to copy over the relevant data from the prior year’s Plan.
A modal will open to select the record to copy. When you have selected your record, click Copy Tribe or Tribal Organization to add the organization.
Minority-Serving Institutions
- To copy data, there will be a dropdown arrow next to the button that is normally used to add Minority-Serving Institutions involved in coordination/collaboration. Select the dropdown arrow and a new option will appear to copy over the relevant data from the prior year’s Plan.
- A modal will open to select the record to copy. When you have selected your record, click Copy Minority-Serving Institution to add the organization.
