Beginning with FY24, PSE Changes will be split between adopted and maintained changes. The following article explains how the system will navigate these updates.
Changes are Copied from your Previous Report
When you click the Begin Annual Report button, the system automatically copies several items into your report, including PSE changes from the previous year. These changes appear in the maintained PSE Changes section.
Importing PSE Changes
The importer will only accept adopted PSE changes. If you attempt to import a change that is already listed in Maintained for that site it will trigger an error. To resolve this error, remove any maintained changes from the file.
NOTE:
If you need to make adjustments to maintained PSE changes, you must do that within the system.
