Objectives & Indicators Update
During the N-PEARS live training for State agencies on May 25th, 2023, there was a question related to reporting Objectives & Indicators in the SNAP-Ed Action Plan module. When the system launched, N-PEARS required a SNAP-Ed Evaluation Framework indicator to be selected for each SMART objective. However, this does not match the requirements listed in the FY 2024 SNAP-Ed Plan Guidance.
N-PEARS is now updated to match the Guidance. For each SMART objective, you are now required to include at least one indicator, but it can be from the Framework or an “other” indicator. A Framework indicator is no longer required for each SMART objective.
