We are excited to announce that the annual report is now available in N-PEARS!
You can log in to National PEARS here: https://national.pears.io/. Below are a few details and important action items related to starting the FY23 annual report.
State Report Setup
Before implementing agencies or your State agency team can begin entering report data, the State agency must complete the State Report Setup. The setup section allows State agencies to (1) adjust the implementing agencies in your State if there was a change in implementing agencies between FY23 and FY24, and (2) set up State priority goals and SMART objectives for the FY23 report. Please note that implementing agencies will not be able to access the annual report until you complete the setup section. Please complete the setup section as soon as possible so that implementing agencies can begin their annual report. The “Starting the FY23 Annual Report” training provided on November 14th includes more details on how to complete the setup process. N-PEARS User Accounts
All State agency and implementing agency staff with an existing N-PEARS account used to work on the State plan will also have access to the annual report in N-PEARS. If a new team member at your State agency needs an N-PEARS account set up for them, please reach out to Canopy’s N-PEARS Support team. If a new team member at an implementing agency needs an N-PEARS account, State agencies have access to set up accounts for implementing agencies within N-PEARS here. If you have not done so already, please add accounts for any new implementing agency staff that need access to work on the annual report.
