July 10, 2025 – Project Sites Option on Bulk Delete of PSE Changes

Within the Annual Report in National PEARS, agencies can delete all PSE changes. This “bulk delete” is available for both the adopted or maintained PSE changes. The typical use is that an agency wants to include maintained PSE changes in the data import rather than just the adopted changes. In this scenario, all PSE changes copied from prior into the maintained changes must first be deleted to ensure only those imported will remain. If a reimport is necessary, first deleting all maintained and adopted PSE changes for a given project is helpful.
When choosing to delete all PSE changes, the system now provides an option to also update (and perhaps delete) the related project sites.
Presents option with a checkbox, stating:
"Also remove the intervention approach of PSE (maintained changes) from all project sites in this project? Project sites that have PSE (maintained changes) as its only approach will be removed from the project."
If you check this option, the approach (maintained or adopted) will be removed from all corresponding project sites (displayed in the Project Sites section of the project) in addition to the PSE sites being removed. If that is the only approach on a given site, the site itself will be removed from the Project Sites.
For more information on importing PSE changes, see Optional Import of PSE Changes Maintained.
